The St. Luke’s Patient Participation Group (PPG) is concerned with the provision of health services to patients of St Luke’s Surgery.
The PPG aims to:
- help patients of St Luke’ Surgery make best use of existing health services
- help service providers (surgery, CCG, local hospitals, etc.) maintain and where possible improve those services.
We need your input in two ways:
- If you have views, good or bad, concerning your healthcare please let us know through the Practice Manager who will then ensure that your comments are on the agenda for the next meeting of the PPG.
- Or, if you have any suggestions in relation to the services and facilities offered by St Luke’s Surgery please complete a suggestion slip and post it in the PPG Suggestion Box located in the waiting room. These suggestions will be reviewed by the PPG at their regular meetings with resulting recommendations and feedback being passed on to the Practice Manager Dawn Brewer to action.
We want our PPG to represent a broad a spectrum of our patients so that we are able to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
